No Returns or Refunds

1. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason.
   
2. Items are susceptible to tampering, fraud, and loss of inherent value once opened, hence all sales are final.
   

Order Issues

1. In the event of a problem with your order, please document the condition of the package upon arrival, including a video showing the unopened package.
   
2. This documentation is necessary to provide evidence and prevent fraud.
   
3. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues in the best way we see fit but do not guarantee any specific resolution, refund, or return under any circumstances.
   
4. We may permit a refund or return in certain extraordinary cases at our sole discretion

Pre-orders

1. Pre-orders are locked in at the given price and will not be adjusted due to market price fluctuations.
   
2. We are happy to cancel and refund any pre-orders that have not yet shipped, subject to a 5% restocking fee.
